  8. Runway length on the 10-9 chart, can that be used in its entirety for take-off?

  10. What is 02/203 mean on the NOTAM?
  11. SID: What altitude do you select when you depart on the JERES and MCRAY transition?

  14. What altitude and what type of turbulence expected
